Disposable plates, cutlery, napkins - we can either provide eco-friendly disposables for an additional cost, or organize rentals on your behalf (we invoice a 20% rental service fee on the cost of rentals).
Specialty foods & ingredients - we do our best to keep costs low and accomodate preferences to bring your dream graze to life but some add ons may incur a grocery fee.

How much will it cost?
The cost of a grazing table varies based on several factors such as the number of guests, the addition of cutlery/disposables, dietary needs (vegan/gluten-free/vegetarian/pork-free), and the event's location. Contact us and we will always try to work to fit a grazing table within your budget.
Gratuity - we don't do service charges or autogratuity but it is incredibly appreciated and helps keep our small business going!
Our delivery rate is $30 within Vancouver, $40 in Richmond/Burnaby, $50 to North/West Vancouver, and $70 to Surrey

Plates (9 inch): $10 for 24
Spoons, Forks, Knives: $6 for 24 each
Beverage Napkins: $6 for 24
Extra Bamboo Tongs: $6 for 10 (we supply some!)
Takeaway containers for extras: $8 for 15
We can also offer a rental service for plates, tables, linens and more. We'll chat to assess your specific rental requirements. Our service is billed at cost plus a 20% service fee. Additional charges apply if we manage the delivery and pickup logistics.
Can I customize the graze table to food allergies or preferences?
Absolutely - this is your event and your table. We can accommodate any dietary restrictions from vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, pork free, gluten-free, nut-free.
How are graze boards delivered?
Our service includes the set-up of the grazing experience before your event begins. We just require access to the venue 1-2 hours before the event start time to get everything ready and fresh as possible for your guests.
How are graze boards returned?
Equipment Drop-Off: Drop off to our kitchen in Vancouver within 48 hours of the event.
Or have our team return to pick up the items when it's ready for our additional delivery fee. We can also provide clean-up after the event concludes for an additional fee of $100.
Booking and Cancel process:
We kindly request 3 weeks notice for orders to ensure availability. As a very small business, we can't always guarantee last minute availability but please reach our as we strive to accommodate as much as possible.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking date 30 days prior to your event. If it’s within 30 days 100% of payment is required. You can re-schedule your table 14 days before your event.
