Sensitivities - Nightshade free, low fodmap, gluten intolerance, allergies etc.
Health goals - macro targets, muscle growth, skin glow, detoxifying, anti-inflammation, glucose stabilizing etc.
Special diets - vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, mediterranean prenatal & post partum, carnivore, etc.
What is the onboarding process for new clients?
We talk about food! I’m here to listen to all of your dietary preferences and requirements to cultivate a menu plan that can get you to your health and lifestyle goals. I’m here to incorporate your favorite cuisines and special requests to satisfy all of your food cravings!
We meet you and your kitchen: As part of the initial intake period, we make sure we have a good idea of the tools and equipment in your kitchen to determine what needs to be supplemented. To save you money, we also make double check your pantry to avoid buying repeat condiments and pantry staples.
We plan: Each week, we create a custom menu for you which will be sent to you for the thumbs up. Once approved, I'll take care of the rest! No more prep lists, remembering to thaw your proteins, or last minute grocery shopping.
We shop and cook: We shop for nutritionally mindful ingredients, never using inflammatory oils, refined sugars, or trans fats. Everything is made from scratch with whole foods and clean ingredients.
We choose responsibly sourced products, choosing grass-fed, wild, sustainable, fair trade products.
You can head over to your clean kitchen and fully stocked with ready-to-eat meals with quick and easy reheating instructions. I encourage you to share any feedback you have each week. We can keep or add recipes to the rotation so that you never get bored!
How long does the food stay fresh?
We design our menus and packaging in a way that maximizes freshness. We also offer a prepped to cook option where all the prepping and marinating is ready to go. We leave you instructions to finish that final step as quickly as possible. As an added bonus, your food will always taste fresh and can achieve that delicious crunch and texture.
What are the terms of personal chef services?
Our meal prep plans are tiered based on the volume of food and number of different recipes you would like each week. Packages begin at $250 + the cost of groceries. Alternatively, a flat day rate + cost of groceries can be discussed.
Service schedule: Meals are prepared the same day and time each week, as determined in your intake form unless special arrangements are made.
Deposit: We collect a $250 deposit for upfront costs of groceries and reusable containers. This is fully reimbursed to you on your final session as long as all containers are returned in good condition.
Payment: Invoices are sent every two weeks of service, reflecting your package rate, grocery fees, add ons, and deposit (if it is your first session).
Minimum commitment: We like to work with our clients on an ongoing basis as the more we get to cook for you, the better we understand your taste preferences and needs! We offer a three week initial trial period for new services.
Cancellations and holds: We kindly ask for a full week’s notice to skip a week and two weeks’ notice to permanently cancel services. With some advance notice, I am more than happy to accommodate changes in your schedule or any holiday or work travel plans!
